.ADOPTION OF MINUTES
Re~olution 90-238 was P9:sseq as follows:
" That the minutes of a Special Public Meeting held under Section 34 & 38 of
the Planning Act held on October 9, 1990 and that the minutes of a Regular
Meeting of Council held on October 9, 1990 be adopted as printed and
circulated".

Council with a Conservation Award for the Township's Blue Box Program.

1) CounciL.~~tYE.?SL9~~QI2Y of a letter from the Township of Flos objecting to
Official Plan Amendment #12 because of the need to open up the Flos Medonte
Townline. Council directed the Clerk explain the situation to Flos
Township.
2) of objection to the proposed Larsen Official Plan
Amendment and deferred action until talking to their Planning Consultants.

Township of Medonte be considered read a first and second time, read a

" That a By-law to provide for the erection of stop signs be considered
read a first and second time, read a third time and passed this 22nd day

" That a By-law to authorize the purchase of lands pt Lot 16 Con 9, be
considered read a first and second time, read a third time and passed
this 22nd day of October, 1990 and numbered By-law 1990-35".

the Clerk advise the developer that they approve of the road layout, do not
see the need for parkland and can not comment on the need or location of a
storm retention area without having seen the appropriate studies.

2) Council that Pine Ridge Ski Club have not
changed where they draw
their water fran for snow making. He requested that Council renegotiate the
Water Agreement with Horseshoe Valley to increase the amount charged for
water as well as the amount retained by the Township for capital
replacement. Council agreed and directed the Clerk invite both parties to
the November 1 2 Council Meeting.

" That Mr. D. Melanson be employed on a full time basis and be placed on
the Township benefit plan".

" That Reeve Amos be authorized to execute a development agreement with Mr.
B. Jolie, for the creation of two lots, pt Lot 56 Con 1".

COUl}9iugreedw,~.to~~ a meeting with the County of Simcoe Waste Management
Committee and their Solicitor to try and begin negotiations. They also agreed
to meet with Ministry of Environment Officials to discuss Bill 201.
