Council approved of a ratepayers installing a private water line under the Marsh Road subject to them entering into an agreement with the Township. Resol!J:tj,9n __~J~=62 was .;passed as follows: " That Council authorizes Mr. G. Ball attend the Good Roads School to be held in Guelph, Ontario on May 5 to 8, 1991". 2) Co:un..cil met~..Yl;jj;JLMr~~arsen and his Consultants who presented a revised plan for his develop:nent in Warminster. The plan now has 76 lots and a revised street plan with no cul-de-sacs. ResoJJJ.tjQIL]l~~~~ as follows: " That Council approves of Reid & Associates preparing the required plans to upgrade the Warminster Water Works, and that Council approves of beginning the Environmental Assessment Process for this project, and that it be understood that the costs of upgrading the Warminster Water System will be bourne by the developers on a lot levy basis". Council advised them that no decision had been made and that none would be made without a meeting and a demonstration.
