Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held on March 25,
1991 in Council Chambers, Moonstone.

" That the minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held
on March 11, 1991 at 1:00 P.M. in Council Chambers Moonstone, be adopted as printed
and circulated".
1 ) QO@9:hl~IIlgt~j,thJ:Jg.!.-i~.:_.1&lJJ Township Roads Superintendent. Council approved
of a ratepayers installing a private water line under the Marsh Road subject to
them entering into an agreement with the Township.
Resol!J:tj,9n __~J~=62 was .;passed as follows:
" That Council authorizes Mr. G. Ball attend the Good Roads School to be held
in Guelph, Ontario on May 5 to 8, 1991".
2) Co:un..cil met~..Yl;jj;JLMr~~arsen and his Consultants who presented a revised plan
for his develop:nent in Warminster. The plan now has 76 lots and a revised
street plan with no cul-de-sacs.

That Council approves of Reid & Associates preparing the required plans to
upgrade the Warminster Water Works, and that Council approves of beginning
the Environmental Assessment Process for this project, and that it be
understood that the costs of upgrading the Warminster Water System will be
bourne by the developers on a lot levy basis".

" That Council approves in principal the revised design for the Larsen
Subdivision, pt Lot 5, Con 13, subject to satisfactory engineering and
drainage plans being prepared.

operate within Medonte Township.

" That Council of the Township of Medonte approves of Mr. Darryl Browning,
operating as Coldwater Taxi, providing service to residents of the Township
of Medonte".
4) ,~~~~~ approached Council and presented a petition against the
OPP using a Township Pit in their area as a training site. Council advised them
that no decision had been made and that none would be made without a meeting and
a demonstration.

1) Council deferred a request fram the Village of Coldwater for funding towards
Capital repairs to the Arena.

Street Light Service.
3) Conn,,;] cii n:~cted the CJerk contact Uninim and advise them they would not support
their opposition to the C.N. Rail petition to abandon their Rail Line into
Midland.

" That Council request that the firm of Reid & Associates undertake the work
required by the Ministry of the Environment on the Medonte Hills and
Warminster Water Systems and advise Council on a proper system of
maintenance" .

" That Council of the Township of Medonte endorses a Resolution of the Village
of Port McNicoll regarding the Freedan of Information and Protection of
Privacy Act".

Street Lighting Conversion Program to the Police Village Trustees.
