Council directed the Clerk advise the developer to complete servicing as per the most recent deficiency list by the end of Mayor the Township would canplete using his letter of credit. ,9o@ci:L dj,sC::!:l~E>,ed th~. lifting of half loads restrictions on various Township Roads. They directed the Roads Superintendent to keep the load restrictions in place for an extra week if he felt necessary. .~r. Bal,L asked Council what they felt he should do in instances where a substandard entrance culvert was installed in an area that really didn't need a culvert. Council directed that if the situation was satisfactory that the culvert be allowed to remain. DELEGATIONS ~ M.L._~J;;:s.~J:?..!..~!:9,Q!1L.!'!: Lot 61 Con 2, approached Council with plans for a golf driving range on their property. They advised that their long range plans might also include things such as a Baseball Batting Cage and Tennis Courts and possibly a Par 3 Golf Course. Council directed the Clerk contact Mr. Veal and if he wants to proceed for the Clerk to bring the By-law to the next Council Meeting. t 2) Resoluti9!L21-8..4 was P9:ssed as follows: " That Council approves of hiring Hastings Electric to provide Street Light Maintenance for the Township". 3) KesoJutioJ:}.Jli:::'~l wa~se9. as follows: " That Council approves of Skelton Brumwell preparing the Site Plan required under the Aggregate Resources Act for the Township Pit, Pt Lot 7 & 8 Con 7". 4) QQ.1.Jl1~J;evi~(t..th~._1E2:tt52:r2. of objection received fram the Public Meeting held on April 9, with regard to a proposed Subdivision at Orr Lake. Council directed the Clerk forward copies of the letters to the Township Planners and Developers Planners. Council also directed the Clerk advise the developers that they feel any future action should be deferred until more is known on the proposed restructuring. Council directed the Clerk advise Mr. Moreau that there would be no refund of any funds expended. - 1 ) FesolutiQn~t-8g_Y:@.~~~(l as follows: " That Council approves of a grant in the amount of $210. 00 to the Coldwater & District Agricultural Society for the year 1991". 2) CQU1lcil.....receiYed_jl_~saJ. for develop:nent of three residential lots, pt Lot 57 Con 1. Council directed the Clerk advise the proponents that they did not agree with this proposal and would not consider the request for an Official Plan Amendment. - 3) Resolution...9J"=8L..wa~~.c1 as follows: " That the Council of the Township of Medonte endorses Resolution 124/91 of the Township of Flos with respect to an annual "Amnesty Waste Collection Day" at County Waste Sites". 4)~Q1!Dcil_.f:E2Qe~est for severance and rezoning tram Mills Plan for their lands, pt Lot 17 Con 9. Council directed the Clerk advise them that they had not changed fram November and would not amend their Interim Control By-Law to allow the severance. They directed that they be advised that they can apply for the severance in July after the Interim Control By-law is lifted. 5) G.Q.1l!1Q;1LJ~s2Y:h(3W~Ql;JQseQ Site Plan for the Peter Dean Corrmercial property in Hillsdale. Council decided to accept the site plan with the deficiences as noted and proceed with a rezoning. Council directed the Clerk advise Mr. Dean that they will require cash for the deficiency in parking and that they would require $3,000 per space. 6) RE2so1"Qt;i.on".".2.1=~as follows: " That the Township of Medonte approves of the request of the Ministry of Environment that Official Plan #13 be subject to a hydrogeological assessment to determine the density of develop:nent". ~ 7) QQlIDri4-~eviewed a J;:.equest: for Develop:nent on lands, Lot 19 & 20 Con 11.
