Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of th Township of Medonte held on Tuesday, July 14,
1987 at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Moonstone.

That the minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council held on June 23, 1987 be adopted as
printed and circulated".

wtth Mr. G. Ball, Road's Foreman. Council directed he take the level to F. Orr's
on the 10th Conce::.::.ion to see what can be done to drain water. The Foreman presented a
request from Mr. Brunck on the 12th Concession to have ditching and road repair. Council
directed that this is a construction job and would not be done this year.

Council directed the Foreman ditch the road, replace culverts and put gab ion stone in the ditch.

Agreement. Councillor Beleskey declared conflict of interest and did not vote on this matter.

L. Horne".

..A delegatiQo from the Eady area approached Council regarding the condition of their road.
They requested that Council place oil on the road from the County Road 19 South. Council
advised that they couldn't do anything this year but would consider the road for oil in the
next year's budget.

be held in London, Ontario on September 23,24 and 25".

the County of Simcoe Act, and would propose a system that the maximum votes for

Resolution 87-191 was passed as follows:
" That Council hire Mr. Rayburn McIndoo to work part-time at the Township Waste Site
at the part time labour rate".

Resolution 87-192. was defeated as follows: Deputy-Reeve Beard declared conflict of interest
and did not vote on this matter.
" That Council approves of issuing a Kennel Licence for Wpt. Lot 3, Con. 13 being a holding
of more than 50 acres".

Superintendent and with a Developer.
