K;ccmar approached Council regarding the Official Plan Designation of his property He explained that he had tried to market the property commercially but due to location and size he was unable to do so. " passed as follows: That Council approves of the severance of the property of Mr _ J. Kacmar under the provisions of Rural in the Township Official Plan". ~ 3) Members of ~ Park Board with Mr. G. Wolfenden as spokesperson approached Counci1 for funding. They explained that other Boards were receiving far more funds. Council requested the Board prepare a list of what is required including cost estimates and submit it to the Council. and Mr. W. Lohauru approached Council to have them approve plans for roads and water system for Horseshoe Valley Condominium. Council advised them that dating right back to the public meeting for Official Plan approval there had been a requirement for a water main & hydrant to Maplecrest. . Resolution 88-14-5 was passed by recorded vote as follows: " That Council will not approve the servicing plans as presented by Horseshoe Valley Ltd. unless the plans include a waterrnain and fire hydrant at the end of Maplecrest as promised".
