10 12 1989 Sp Council Minutes THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEOONTE Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held on October 12, 1989 at 9:00 A.M. Marshall conor;; 1 mp-r and reviewed the corrments of their planners and engineer to be proposed Official Plan Amendment and Hydrology report for the proposed Rynard subdivision, PT Lot 1 0, Con 13. ~ 'I'~et,~with Mr. J. Rynard and his planning consultant Mr. D. Logan. Mr. Logan gave a presentation on the proposal for 35 one acre lots. He then addressed the planning concerns of the Township planners with regard to one acre versus two acre lots. He advised Council that he was unable to corrment on the Hydrology report but would have Mr. Dixon who prepared the report contact the Township. C.QJJJ.:lQ.il a~j;h~.:L the Township engineer has concerns over the possibility of nitrate loading from the proposal and advised they would be unable to proceed until these conberns had been addressed. It was a.~cdefer any discussions until clarification on the Hydrology report had been received. C.Q:!J.!lQil then met yi!:hMr. L. Borgel and Mr. M. Kemball of Horseshoe Valley Limited. There was a general discussion regarding matters of mutual concern: ( 1 ) Fire Protection (2) Traffic along County Road 22 (3) Speed limits on County Road 22 ( 4) Emergency planning ( 5) Water systems ( 6) Carmunal tile beds and sewage ~ ^.Mr~.~9fLl then outlineq their current plans for the lands on the Medonte side of County Road 22 and outlined serne of their future plans. They advised Council they would be keeping them advised as the plans progressed. ,COllnGiL_then disQ~ the Vespra construction subdivision in Hillsdale with Mr. P. Smith. He advised that the final work was progressing but that their were still problems with regard to culvert location on Mill Street holding back water and serne lot grading.
