24, 1989 in Council Chambers, Moonstone.

the proposed Rynard Subdivision PT Lot 10 Con 13.

~Q1lD.Q:i,l~tl:1sill-A1et with Mr. Rynard and his Planner Mr. Logan and Mr. Dixon, who prepared
the Hydrology Report. Mr. Dixon Explained the soil composition of the soils of the
property and the make up of the acquifers. He explained that the upgradient for the
property being 33 Hectares plus the area of the development, being 17-8 Hectares, can
have 78 lots in total and meet the Ministry of the Environment guidelines with regard
to nitrate infiltration. As there are 38 lots existing in the area, this allows for
an additional 40 lots. As such, he explained that the development of 36 lots could go
ahead. Mr. Logan then made a presentation to Council requesting they consider one
acre lots for this proposal. Mr Rynard requested the Council consider his request for
one acre lots as he felt it was the best method to develop the property. He also stated
he would be willing to cut back from 36 to 27 lots. Council thanked Mr. Rynard and Mr.
Logan & Mr. Dixon for attending.

The meeting adjourned at 12:15 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. for lunch.
The meeting reconvened at 1: 30 P.M. with all present except Reeve Amos. In his
~ absence, Deputy Reeve Vasey assumed the chair.
Beatrice Woodrow met with Council and discussed several financial matters.

" That Resolution 89-168, being a Resolution authorizing the write-off of taxes,
Roll #9-143, be amended to wri te-off additional taxes in the arrDunt of $72. 91, being
taxes for Orr Lake Garbage".
t Council then had a general discussion on Township affairs for three hours.
