Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of the TOwnship of Medonte held on Monday, January
23, 1989 at 1 :00 P.M. at Moonstone, Ontario.

Township.

" That Council authorizes its Solicitors to proceed with preparation of a case against
the appeal regarding Pilon".
1) Cntlnri I rf'viewed correspondence from the Simcoe County Board of Education regarding
changes to Provincial Funding. Council directed the Clerk contact the Board to obtain
information as to the effect on Medonte Township.

" That Council approves of issuing a Building Permit for construction of a residential
unit to Mr. I. Weinert, with the understanding that the existing residence will be
removed within four months of occupancy of the new unit".

the Township.

Council to request improved road service. They advised that their business required more
sanding in the winter even on the level areas and more frequent grading in the summer.
They also advised Council that the road required ditching and gravel. Council advised that
they would advise the Road's Superintendent to provide an occasional sanding to the
level roads south to County Road 22 and that they would look at ditching and gravel on
their Road's Tour.

land which has no frontage to an open road. He requested permission to service the
proposed lot by access over a registered right-of-way.

" That Council approves of issuing a building permit, pt. lot 51, con. 1, access to
property to be supplied by a registered right-of-way from property along Highway 93".

regard to the County assuming the 3rd Concession of Medonte between County
