They advised that their business required more sanding in the winter even on the level areas and more frequent grading in the summer. They also advised Council that the road required ditching and gravel. Council advised that they would advise the Road's Superintendent to provide an occasional sanding to the level roads south to County Road 22 and that they would look at ditching and gravel on their Road's Tour. ~ 2) Mr. L..J::!Qrne apRroacbecL. Council regarding obtcrining a Building Permit on a piece of land which has no frontage to an open road. He requested permission to service the proposed lot by access over a registered right-of-way.
