I! That this Council approve of a payment to Mr. A. Bidmead in the amount of
$8.00 for cleaning garbage along road, Lot 20, Concession 9".

for payment of 1/2 of line fence was deferred.

Historical Plaque located on the Old Coldwater Road just north of the North River
was presented. Clerk to contact Mr. A. Burt to see if he will do the work.

bill collection was discussed. Clerk to discuss with Chairman of Warminster WAter
Committee and report back to Council.
8) The folJowing resolution numbered 82-152 was passed:
I! That Council approves of a payment to W. L. S. Trivett in the amount of $1,038.25
regarding the arrrnendment of the Horseshoe Valley Water Agreement 1.1 .

of this date and interest will be added at a rate of 1 & 1/2% per month
and no further development will be discussed until all outstanding accounts
are paid".

10) .Request by Clerk to attend the Annual A. M. C. T. O. Conferenoe was presented.
Council did not authorize attendance.
11) Request by Ministry of Natural Resources to have a key to the Mt. St. Louis Waste
Site was discussed. Council directed the Clerk inform them that would have to
use the site during its normal operating hours.
12) Resoll1tion 82-153 was passed as follows:
I! That this Council authorizes Mr. P. Smith to proceed and have the required work
done to satisfy Mr. R. Long regarding the Ross Subdivision, Lot 1, Concession 13,
and that the cost including engineering will be paid out of the deposit on hand
to a limit of $1,5oo.ool!.
