June 15, 1982 and minutes of Special Meetings of Council held on June 18, 1982 and
June 30, 1982 be adopted".

being taken to collect the taxes owing the Township in the annexed area.
..2) Reeve Pmos reported that some members of Council had met with Mr. M. Vandergeest and
viewed the portion of Purbrook Creek which still needs cleaning on the Medonte side.
It was felt that some type of a cleanout should be done and the Reeve is to meet
with the property owner through whose land the creek nms.
~2 CQUDcil discussed the phone system for the new office building. Clerk was directed
e to get quote on renting phones from Bell Canada.

" That Council authorizes the Clerk to make application for a grant from the
Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for the printing and circulation
costs and legal review and other related costs regarding the new Township
Zoning By-Law".

" That this Council agrees to purchase a small parcel of land from Mr. A. Reg~link
at the corner of Highway 12 and Demonts Drive Warminster in exchange for
providing the survey and the legal services".

6) Tetter: from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food advising Council that the Township
allotment for Tile Drainage Funds for 1982 is $39,400. was presented.
7) Tetter from Minister of Transportation and Communications providing for an additional
subsidy allocation of $100,000.00 for work on Ingram Road was presented.
,,8) Letter from Minister of Transportation and Comm.unications stating they would not
install a light at the intersection of and Side Road and Highway 12.
9) Council agreed to let the Orr Lake Ratepayers
on August 1 for the annual Orr

11) Resolution R2-169 WAS passed as follows:
" That this Council approves of a payment to A. P. McNair and Associates in the
amount of $3,471.76 being one half of the contract price for the preparation
of the New Zoning By-Law plus expenses".
