Ken Truax Construction Ltd. $47,100.00 $46,950.00 $58,500.00 Bg~~QJy:t!'Qn...86::J26 was passed as follows: " That the tender of Collingwood Sand & Gravel for crushing and spreading approximately 18000 cu. yds. of 3/4" crushed, for crushing and stockpiling approximately 3,000 cu. yds. of 2" crushed in the amount of $46,950.00 be accepted". ~2tJ'iD Ken Truax Construction Ltd. $17,100.00 ~esQ.LlJtiQD~~86::.L2Lwas passed as follows: " That the tender of Ken Truax Construction Ltd. for the screening, delivering from screen belt, stockpiling and mixing 4500 cu. yds. of sand in the amount of $17,000.00 be accepted". ~EEhJMlliL.. - McKean Quarries Ltd. $51,570.00 Res.Qlu1iolL..&6::1~as passed as follows: " That the tender of McKean Quarries Ltd. for the supply and delivery of approximately 12000 gallons of D.H.O. Prime, 8,000 gallons of R.S.I.K. emulsions, 400 tons of 3/8" Stone Chips, 500 tons of sand, sand to be rolled into D.H.O. After an on site inspection Council directed the Clerk advise them that they do not feel their water problem is caused by lack of ditches. J;0t Inci I t~ discussed the expansion of the Public Works Garage. Councillor R. Beleskey declared a conflict of interest and left the Council Chambers while it was discussed. The Building Inspector advised Council that the Hydro had done a heat loss and advised the building not be heated with Hydro. Jt was ...decided to keep heating the old Dortion with oil, to heat the smaller portions with electric, and to heat the new portion with propane reflector ray and wood. The Clerk advised Council that ads were run in the local papers requesting interested parties quote on the garage. And that the Treasurer shall provide Council with a list of such properties for their information". .!lJ ResQlution 86-132 was passed as follows: " That Council approves of Ron Beleskey repairIng the air conditioning system in the Township Office at an estimated cost of $150.00". ~) Resolution 86-133 was passed as follows: 11 That a By-Law to dedicate a parcel of land as public road for road widening purposes be considered read a first and second time, read a third time and passed this 20th day of May, 1986 and numbered By-Law 86-1011.
