Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held on Tuesday, November
1', '986 at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Moonstone.

II That the minutes of the regular meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held on
October 14, and the minutes of a special meeting of Council hel d on October 20, J 986 be
adopted as circulated".
-CcillnciL~:tJ:LG. Ball, Road's Foreman. It was decided to place notice in the newspapers
requesting residents not to interfere with snow removal. Council also directed a notice be placed
in paper advertising for a wingman/woman and nightman/woman. It was also decided to rehire
Mr. J. Richardson as wingm~n for the winter.

_11 Mr. A. T f'skey approached Council regarding monetary requirements for developing his 9 lot
subdivision. Council noted these requirements would be part of the subdivider's agreement and
agreed to drop the requirements for parkland and to have the new lot fee owing at time of sale
2) Three members of the War minster Water Committee advised Council that they had found a
leak in the line from the water source to the first pump house. Council directed the Clerk
contact Dunlop Plumbing and Heating and have them replace the line as soon as possible.
3) Mr. R. Vc:Jo Vi'llkf'obllrg and Mr. J. Soreosen approached Council regarding tractor trailers
parking in their subdivision. Council directed the Clerk contact the O.P.P. to see what steps
need to be taken to prevent this.

operation, management and IIIdlI1tenance of the Coldwater and District Cornmunity
Centre be considered read a first and second time, read a third time and passed this

....lL CQuncil reviewed a report from the Warqljnster Water Committee regarding providing a
hydrant at the Warminster Legion. Due tD the cost Council directed the Clerk notify the
Legion no changes would be made at this time.
)} Resolution 86-264 was passed as follows:
" That Council appoint the Firm of Russell, Waite, Christie & Miller as the Township of
Medonte Solicitors and directs the Clerk prepare the necessary By-Law".
