SPECIAL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING

Henry Sander, Treasurer, and Fred Haughton,
Public Services Administrator, spoke to the
Committee with regards to 1990 M.T.C.
Supplementary Request for the Roads
Department. (This portion of the meeting
held In-Camera).
(b) 8:20 p.m.
Robert W. Small, Administrator/Clerk,
reviewed with the Committee, proposals for
1990 Salaries with Fred Haughton, Public
Services Administrator present. (This
portion of the meeting was held In-Camera).

It is recommended that we do now Rise and
Report from In-Camera @ 8:10 p.m.

MOTION NO.3

It is recommended that the Treasurer and Public
Services Administrator be authorized to submit an
application for supplementary funds from the
Ministry of Transportation for the Reconstruction
of the 7th Line from the Bass Lake Sideroad to
Highway No. 11, at an estimated cost of $3,900,000.
to be phased equally over the next three years,
and further, a Tandem Truck Sander @ $95,000.
and a Crew Cab + Chasis @ $20,000.
