1'1. DISCLOSURE AND DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
I Councillor David Burton declared a Conflict of Interest immediately
I before the second deputation of the meeting with Mrs. Dianne Dubeau,
lithe nature being financial. Councillor Burton left the room and

for the Community policing Project in Oro
Township and explained what the different
statistics represented.

Mrs. Dianne Dubeau appeared before Council,
concerning the Flea Market Licence Fees, under
By-Law No. 89-61. She advised that she would be
paying the licence fee in the immediate future.

Mr. Scott Elliott and Operations Manager Mr. Bill
Blizzard for Sarjeant Company were present to
review a draft agreement with regard to their Pit
Licence. (This portion of the meeting was held

OTHER BUSINESS:
(a) The Deputy-Clerk was directed to obtain estimates for the cost
of supplying all Members of Council and Department Heads with
Name Plates which could be pinned.
(b) Deputy-Reeve David Caldwell reported that discussion with the
Federal Minister of Transportation were in a positive view and
that he was expecting to receive a response in approximately
thirty days.

It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence
from Sergio Hristovski, be received, and futher, the
Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to invite Mr.
Sergio Hristovski, Petre Hristovski and Boris Hristovski,
to the Committee of the Whole Meeting to be held Monday,
March 26, 1990, and further, the Administrator/Clerk
requests that the Township Solicitor be present.
