DISCLOSURE AND DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST: Councillor Allan Johnson declared a Conflict of Interest with Item I 4(b) of the Public Works portion of the Agenda. The nature of his' conflict is that a portion of the property identified in the proposal may be located on land which is owned by Councillor Johnson's father. a) 6:00 p.m. ¡ ¡ (Note:) A site visit took place on the 6th Linl north of Highway No. II to determine the location of the portion of road to be closed in order to facilitate the construction of the Oro/Barrie/Orillia District Airport Runway. MOTION NO. 11 Moved by Johnson, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the Memo from Treasurer, Henry Sander, concerning the Community policing Grant, be received, and further, the Treasurer be directed to reimburse the Community policing Committee in the amount of $1000.00 on receipt of invoices. MOTION NO. 12 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the correspondence from stewart C. E. Gillis, requesting a deputation before Council with regards to Plan 626, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to invite Mr. Gillis and Judge Gilbert as well as Mrs. Judy catania to a meeting to be held on Tuesday, July loth, 1990, at 8:00 p.m. MOTION NO. 13 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the Confidential correspondence from David S. MOTION NO. 17 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the correspondence from the Barrie Speedway, concerning their request to hold a fireworks display at the Speedway on August 4th, 1990, be received and that he be requested to comply with By-Law No. 89-50, and further, the event be finished no later than ll:OO p.m. and the operator be charged with the responsibility of- notifying the residents within Concession 8 and 9 between County Road 20 and Highway No. 11. MOTION NO. 18 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that we suspend Section 2l (d) of By-Law No. 89-36 to allow the meeting to proceed past the 11:00 p.m. Adjournment Hour. MOTION NO. 23 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Johnson I It is recommended that the Confidential Report from Robert James, with regards to B.A.F.M.A. Spring Event, be received and referred to the Township Solicitor.
