MOTION NO. 4 Moved by Burton, Seconded by Johnson Be it resolved that the Road Expenditures for the period ending Monday, July 16, 1990, be accepted as presented, and further, the Treasurer be authorized to issue cheques in the amount of $72,352.67. carried. Kolbe, Chief Building Official with regards to the June 1990 Building Activity Report as well as his quarterly report for the months of April, May and June, 1990 be received. Carried. MOTION NO.7 Moved by Caldwell, Seconded by Crawford Be it resolved that the correspondence from Mr. John Crawford representing the Old Timers Hockey Team and their wish to have an annual Slo-pitch Tournament at the Oro Sports Complex on Friday August 24 - sunday, August 26, 1990 be referred to the Parks and Recreation Supervisor for comment and further that she be directed that this team be charged the normal rates to use the facilities. Marchildon re: Lots 8, 9, 10, 67, 68 and 69, Plan 952 be received and referred to the Public services Administrator and Parks and Recreation Supervisor for a report back to Council on Monday, July 23, 1990. MOTION NO. 9 Moved by Johnson, Seconded by Burton Be it resolved that the correspondence from the Metropolitan Works Department with regards to identifying potential landfill sites be received. carried. MOTION NO. 10 Moved by Crawford, Seconded by Caldwell Be it resolved that Report No. 90-19 of the Committee of the Whole Meeting held on Monday, July 9, 1990 and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as printed and circulated. MOTION NO. 11 Moved by Johnson, Seconded by Burton Be it resolved that Report No. 90-20 of the Special Committee of the Whole Meeting held on Tuesday, July 10, 1990, and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as printed and circulated. MOTION NO. 32 Moved by Burton, Seconded by Johnson Be it resolved that a By-Law to Amend By-Law N. 90-13 to extend the period of time the Interim Control By-law will be in effect and reduce the land area subject to Interim Control be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered as By- Law No. 90-98.
