Councillor Crawford reported to Council that he had contacted
the Ministry of the Environment with regards to a noise
complaint he had received concerning a Berry Farm in Oro
Township.
b) Note: Deputy Reeve David Caldwell left the meeting at
approximately 7:20 p.m. due to the fact that he had to attend a
meeting in Orillia Township concerning the Simcoe County Study
with regards to restructuring.

to advise the Barrie Automotive Flea Market
that two uniformed radio-controlled O.P.P.
Staff be increased to four, and further, this
staffing be maintained twenty four hours per
day during the event, and further, this
recommendation and the letter from the
B.A.F.M.A. be referred to O.P.P., Oro Township
Fire Department and By-Law Enforcement Officer.

Be it resolved that the correspondence from
Norman E. Shelswell concerning the Right-of-Way,
Part of Lot 27, and a proposed drainage easement,
be received and referred to the Public Services
Administrator, Township Engineer and Township
Planner, for a report back to Council.

Be it resolved that the Council of the corporation
of the Township of Oro request the Ministry of
Education to fund all New Provincial Education
Programmes at the Provincial Level, and further,
requests the Ministry not pass any of these
costs onto the Local Board.

Be it resolved that the correspondence from the
Ministry of Housing concerning the Chief Building
Official, Ron Kolbe, participating in a Training
Course for Building Officials, in Toronto from
I' September 14 to 17th, 1990, inclusive, be received,
and further, the Administrator/Clerk be authorized
to concur with the Ministry of Housing's request
for Mr. Kolbe to act as an instructor.

Be it resolved that the Confidential Correspondence
from R. G. Robinson and Associates Limited, Township
Engineer, with regard to the Harbourwood
SUbdivision, Phase I, IIA, lIB, and III,
with regards to easements, be received, and
further, the Township Engineer be authorized
to meet with solicitor David S. White to
resolve the concerns expressed in this
correspondence, and further, are to report
their findings to Council at the earliest
possible date.
