DISCLOSURE AND DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTERE~T:
a)
Deputy Reeve David Caldwell declared a Conflict of Interest
Item 6 on the Agenda under Deputations, with regards to
Applications for Assessment Reductions under section 495 and
of the Municipal Act. The nature of his conflict is that he
his wife were the owners of a business entitled to have a
certain portion of his assessment cancelled.

received dust control complaints in the Rugby area and asked if
Council could discuss his concerns following this meeting.
Note: Deputy Reeve David Caldwell left his chair and took a seat

Applications for Assessment Reductions under sections 495 and 496
the Municipal Act was being discussed by Council, and further,
resumed his position at the Council table at 9:25 p.m.
