MOTION NO.2 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the report from Treasurer, Henry Sander, regards to Development Application P6/89, - 802275 Ontario Incorporated (Grossman), be received and adopted, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is directed to advise the Township's Engineers, Planners and Staff of the recommendation contained in this memo. Carried. MOTION NO.3 Moved by Burton, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the Report from Henry Sander with regards to Arena Renovations, be received and adopted. carried. MOTION NO.4 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the Memo from Lynda Aiken, Secretarial Services Co-ordinator, with regards to Planning In Action Seminar, be received, and further, her name as well as the Administrator/Clerk's name be added to the waiting list for this particular training program. carried. MOTION NO.5 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from Aird Berlis, with regards to establishing a Parking Area and related alterations, be referred to the Public Services Administrator for comment and a report back to Council. Carried. It is recommended that the correspondence from the Township of Vespra, re: October 3, 1990, Municipal Presentation to County Restructuring Committee, be received and the attached resolution be filed, and further, the Administrator/Clerk advise the Township of Vespra of Council's decision. It is recommended that the Administrator/Clerk be allowed to attend the Seminar sponsored by the ontario Municipal Management Institute with regards to motivation and productivity, to be held in Keswick on October l6th and 17th, 1990. It is recommended that the Report from Chief Building Official, Ron Kolbe, concerning the Building Department's statistics for August, 1990, be received. Carried. - 5 - MOTION NO. 12 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the correspondence from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs with regards to the proposed Official Plan Amendment No. 45, Township of oro, be received, and further, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro agrees to have lands described in this proposed amendment, North Part of Lot 21, Concession 3, (Tonge) deleted from Official Plan Amendment No. 37. Carried. MOTION NO. 13 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the correspondence from Douglas Manning, addressed to David McKee Properties Incorporated, with regards to a proposed Playground in the Harbourwood Subdivision and the negotiation of the subdivision agreement, be received, and further, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro directs the Administrator/Clerk to advise Mr. Manning that this agreement is between the Corporation of the Township of Oro and the developer any negotiations of this particular agreement will be between the two corporations only. If the residents of Harbourwood wish a Playground or other facilities put in the park, that they approach Council with their wishes. carried. MOTION NO. 14 Moved by Burton, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the correspondence from Michael W. Shain of Stewart, Esten, concerning Block 26, Plan 51M-295, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is to advise Mr. Shain that all documents pertaining to this file be turned over to Leo Longo, Township Solicitor with the firm of Aird and Berlis. Carried. MOTION NO. 15 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the correspondence from David S. White, Solicitor, re: Darcon Development, Township of Oro Subdivision, O.M.B. File Z9040, be received, and further, the Corporation of the Township of Oro directs the Administrator/Clerk to advise the ontario Municipal Board that it wishes both the rezoning and the proposed subdivision referral to the Board, withdrawn. Carried. MOTION NO. 16 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from Celeste Phillips, of the firm of Jorden and Jones, re: Proposed Plan of Subdivision, Mr. and Mrs. D. Evans, 744638 ontario Limited, Lot II 12, Concession l3, be received and referred to the Township Planner for comment, with a report back to the Planning Advisory Committee. Carried. - 6 - MOTION NO. 17 Moved by Burton, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the Correspondence from G.W. Jorden of the firm of Jorden and Jones, with regards to the Bravakis, Estate Residential proposal and proposed Estate Residential Official Plan Amendment, be received and referred to the Township's Planner for comment, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to provide Mr. Jorden with a copy of the minutes as outlined in the above noted correspondence at the Township of Oro's adopted rate of fifty cents per page. Carried. MOTION NO. 18 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the Confidential correspondence from R. G. Robinson and Associates Limited, with regards to the Kovacs Subdivision Proposal, be received, and further, a decision deferred until Council has heard from a hydrogeologist, the Fire Chief, Township Engineer and Public Services Administrator on September 24 1990. MOTION NO. 19 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the correspondence from Horseshoe Resort Corporation, concerning the efforts of Pat vincent, be received, further, that Pat vincent be made aware of this correspondence. Matsalla and the attached correspondence concerning the dock and surrounding of Concession 11, be received, and referred to the Parks and Recreation Supervisor and Public Services Administrator, for a report back to Council.
