Oro in the County of simcoe, commencing at a point situate with itsll intersection with the centre line of the road allowance between I concessions 5 and 6 and extending northerly for a distance of 36511 metres. Rogan, re: the municipality's Noise By-Law No. 90-l02, be and referred to the Animal Control/By-Law Enforcement Officer for response, indicating the legal position of the municipality in of the fact that By-Law 90-102 has not been formally adopted by Ministry of Environment.
