Mr. Ed Ross of Ross Developments was present to
discuss a proposed site Plan Agreement for an
addition to the Balderson Cheese Retail Outlet
located on Booth street. Also present were Mr.
Ron Kolbe, Chief Building Official and Mr.
Richard vandesande, Planner with Ainley and

It is recommended that the Report from Beth Oosthuizen, Deputy
Clerk, with regards to Council Photographs to be Displayed in the
Council Chambers, be received and adopted, and further, the above
noted photographs not be framed until January of 1991 and included
in the 1991 Budget.

response, with a copy to Council, and further, if the two municipal
officials feel they need advice from a solicitor, they may do so.

Official, with regards to the Chief Building Official and Fire
attending a Wood Energy Institute Meeting to be held October 23,
1990, be received, and further, the two municipal officials be
allowed to attend.

It is recommended that the Memo from Fred Haughton, Public Services
Administrator, with regards to the Arena Parking Lot, be received,
and further, the contract for paving the Arena Parking Lot be given
to ontario Paving Construction Limited as outlined in their
quotation dated September 27, 1990, and further, Ontario Paving be
paid $24,000.00 on completion of the work with the balance being
paid by January 30, 1991, and these funds be taken from the Parks
Reserve Account.
