Corporation of the Township of Oro spoke to the students on the
role of their respective departments within Oro's municipal
structure:

plaques with the Township of Oro's Mission

a) Memo from Ron Kolbe, Chief Building Official re: Attending
Farm Buildings Seminar with Fire Chief Paul Eenhoorn;
b) Report from Beth Oosthuizen, Deputy Clerk reI Costs of
Composting Boxes;
c) Memo from Henry Sander, Treasurer re: Costs of Recycled vs.
Regular Paper Products
s. COMMUNICATIONS:
a) Ministry of Municipal Affairs, re: Workshops on "Race and
Multicultural Relations in our Community"
NOTE: This Special Meeting was held as part of Local Government
Week with Grades 7 and 8 students being invited from Township
Schools.

Be it resolved that the Memo from Ron Kolbe, Chief Building
with regards to attending a Farm Buildings Seminar, be received,
further, the Chief Building Official Ron Kolbe and Fire Chief Paul
Eenhoorn be allowed to attend the Seminar in Elmvale on December 4,
1990.
