Ron Watkin:
Again, as I indicated to the previous
gentleman, the fence issue is something
that will be looked at and is being
recorded. Again, the right to farm
legislation is in effect.
Ron the right to farm legislation states
it that normal farming practices will be
allowed to carryon no matter what the
neighbourhood is. If the gentleman would
like a copy of that legislation we could
provide it for him.
Reeve Drury:
Brian sinclair:
I own property across the road. I was
wondering what is going to happen to
road? I understand it is going to be
from the 15/16th upward.
Reeve Drury:
That is correct. There will not be any
more upgrading from there on down. The
Township perceives that the flow of
from this development will be heading
to the 15/16 sideroad.
The Reeve after enquiring and ascertaining that there were no
further questions from those present, thanked those in attendance
for their participation and advised that Council would consider all
matters before reaching a decision. He then advised those present
that if they wished to be notified of the passing of the proposed
by-law, they should leave their name and address with the Clerk.
MOTION NO.1
Moved by Burton, seconded by Johnson
Be it resolved that the Special Public Meeting of Council
(Clarke/King, East Half Lot 14, Concession 1) be
