Agreement with regards to the Balderson Cheese
Addition on Booth Street as well as to review

Councillor David Burton brought forward to the Committee the
conditions of the lighting on the arena ice surface and
suggested that remedies be sought to rectify this situation.

It is recommended that the Confidential Memo from Fred Haughton, to
Treasurer, Henry Sander, with regards to Jim Clayden's Overtime, be
received, and further, the Treasurer be authorized to pay Mr.
Clayden his overtime as outlined in the above noted memo.

That the Public Services Administrator Advertise for Part-time
help as set out in his report at the following rates:
$10.00 - $12.00/hour (Winter);
$ 6.00 - $ 8.00/hour (Summer);
and make recommendations to Council on the appropriate candidates
and their rates; and further, the Township advertise for one
additional person for the Public services Department to be hired
under a one year contract.

of section 4 of By-Law No. 90-32.

It is recommended that the Confidential Memo from Ron M. Kolbe,
Chief Building Official, re: Russell Chew Occupancy and site Plan
Agreement, be received, and further, Mr. Chew complete the
adjacent to the railway track; place gravel on Parking Areas to
satisfaction of the Chief Building Official; provide written
quotations on the remainder of the work to complete the site Plan
Agreement and provide the Township with a Letter of Credit in the
amount of 115% of the amount to complete this work by July 1, 1991

It is recommended that the Confidential Report from Ron Kolbe,
Building Official, with regards to Brian Miller's Contract
Extension, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk be
authorized to draw up a Standard Contract at Mr. Miller's present
rate of salary and further he be granted a one year extension
his current working conditions, and further his salary be reviewed
as of January 1, 1991.

purchase a model municipal Noise Control By-Law.

It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from
Horseshoe Resort Corporation, concerning Draft Plan of Subdivision,
Phase IVA, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is
hereby directed to advise Horseshoe Resort Corporation that now the
Clearance Letter has been sent we expect full compliance by
Horseshoe Valley as stipulated in Resolution No. 34, Committee of
the Whole Meeting, September 24, 1990.
