Deputy Reeve David Caldwell advised Mr. Sperling that he was
recommending to the Committee that correspondence signed by
Mr. and Mrs. Sperling and Mr. and Mrs. Perry concerning
draft plan of subdivision, Terrace Hill Homes Incorporated
addressed to the Reeve and members of Council dated October
31, 1990 and received by individual members of Council on
Monday, November 5th would be discussed at the Committee of
the Whole meeting to be held Monday, November 26, 1990.
(b)
Mr. Sperling requested that copies of the Committee of the
Whole agenda be available to the public by noon on the day
of the meeting. Deputy Reeve Caldwell indicated that when
all members of Council were present this issue would be
discussed and Mr. Sperling's request considered.

It is recommended that the report of Live Stock Valuer Bruce
Anderson, for livestock killed owned by Mr. John Hemsted at an
estimated value of $450.00 be received and further the Treasurer
be authorized to issue a cheque to Mr. Hemsted in the amount of
$450.00.

It is recommended that the report prepared by Enerface
Engineering Limited with regards to the Initial Energy Audit on
Municipal Buildings be received and pertinent sections be
forwarded along with the appropriate recommendations to the
Department Heads responsible for operations of various Municipal
Buildings.

concerning the Zoning Status of Mr. Roubos' property located on
the north side of Highway #11, Concession 9 and the storage
facilities for winter equipment be received.

zoning Amendments be referred to the Township Planning Consultant

response and further a copy of this response be provided to
council prior to it being sent to Mr. Peter J. smith of Dillon.

members visit the properties proposed for development in the

It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from R. B.
Watkin, Township Planning Consultant with the firm of Ainley and
Associates re: Waddell Severances Part West Half Lot 15,
Concession 6 be received and further Mr. Waddell through his
solicitor Mr. Trivett be advised of the contents of Mr. Watkin's
correspondence and further the municipality through its Building
Department ensure that the second derelict building is demolished
and Mr. Waddell through his Solicitor, Mr. Trivett, be advised of
the five outstanding issues concerning his severance application.

Associates re: Bravakis-Edgar Development, Part of Lot 10,
Concession 5 be received and further Development Application
P14/89 Application for an Official Plan and Zoning by-Law
Amendment for the West Half of Lot 10, Concession 5, from
Agriculture to an Official Plan Designation of Hamlet and further
a Zoning Designation of Country Residential to permit a proposed
Plan of Subdivision, be deferred until the following items are
satisfied to the sole satisfaction of the Township of Oro:
a) a satisfactory Water Course Easement through to County
Road 11 and beyond to a satisfactory outlet;
b) the location of Parkland acceptable to the Corporation of
the Township of Oro;
c) receipt and review of a detailed agricultural evaluation
of the subject lands.

It is recommended that the correspondence from R. B. Watkin,
Township Planning Consultant with the firm of Ainley and
Associates Limited with regards to John N. Johnson Construction
Limited Application P21/89 Part of the West Half Lot 21,
Concession 12 (Hawkestone) be received and further the Draft
Official Plan Amendment not be placed on Council's agenda until
Items 1 through 5 on Page 4 of Mr. Watkin's correspondence are
addressed to the satisfaction of the Corporation of the Township
of Ora and further Mr. Watkin is to convey these requirements to
the developer.

It is recommended that the Confidential Memo from R. B. Watkin,
Township Planning Consultant with the firm of Ainley and
Associates re: Zerny request to amend Official Plan and Zoning
By-law to allow for the development of two lots on Part of Lot
25, Concession 10 described as Part 1, Plan 51R-12484 and Part 1,
Plan 51R-2618 be received and further Mr. Zerny be advised that
it is the Township's intent to permit the development of one
residence on a combined Part 1, Plan 51R-2618 and Part 1, Plan
51R-12484 in order to allow for one residence on these lands and
further the AdministratorlClerk is to prepare the appropriate By-
law which would specifically permit only one residence on these
lands which would maintain the intent of the Committee of
Adjustment decision.

received and further the Treasurer be authorized to issue two

dozen light bulbs for use in the centre area of the Arena
surface.

It is recommended that provided the cost of a timer plus
installation on the lights at Oro Memorial Park is less than
$100.00, the Parks and Recreation Supervisor is hereby authorized
to proceed to have the timers installed.

It is recommended that a canoe be purchased to replace the Simcoe
County Recreation Department's canoe that went missing; and funds
for this purchase come from the Oro Day Camp's budget.
