It is recommended that we suspend section 21 (d) of By-Law No.
to allow for a Special Committee of the Whole Meeting to take place
on Tuesday, December 11, 1990.

MOTION NO.2

It is recommended that the correspondence from Consultants and
Aviation Safety Training, with regards to Aircraft and Airport
Familiarization Training and Emergency Planning proposed for the
Township of Oro, be received, and further, the Fire Chief be
authorized to apply for 45% of $13,666.00 for J.E.E.P. funding.

It is recommended that Aircraft and Airport Familiarization Fee
Schedule for emergency training, totalling $2,966.00 be forwarded
the OrolBarrielOrillia Airport commission for approval.

It is recommended that the Report from Robert James, Animal
Control/By-Law Enforcement Officer, re: 1991 Dog Tags, be received
and further, that the fees be increased by three dollars ($3.00)
each dog, and further, if paid after April 1, 1990, the Fee shall
$15.00 extra.

re: the Dog Licensing and Live stock and Poultry Protection Act, be
received, and further, the Township of Oro endorse the Township of

It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from

Alfa Aggregates Limited, an application for a zoning Amendment re:

further, the Township has stated they are not prepared to support
this application until a "M.T.O. Standards" constructed haul road
agreement is prepared and signed to the satisfaction of the

Transfer Facility, Part of Lot 17, Concession 7, be received, and
further, the Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to request the
applicant to attend a future Committee of the Whole Meeting to
address various Township concerns, and further, we invite Ian Gray
to the same meeting.
