be Allan Sinton as voted by the Advisory Group.

It is recommended that the Agenda for the 2008 Citizen of the Year Advisory Group
meeting of Monday, June 16, 2008 be received and adopted.

4. ADOPTION OF MINUTES OF CITIZEN OF THE YEAR COMMITTEE MEETING
HELD ON MONDAY, JUNE 11, 2007

It is recommended that the minutes of the Citizen of the Year Committee meeting held
Monday, June 11, 2007 be received and adopted as printed and circulated.

5. PRESENTATION OF LETTERS OF NOMINATION AND DISCUSSION RE:

It is recommended that the nominations for Citizen of the Year must be signed by the
nominator and will be advertised accordingly.

It is recommended to Council that the 2008 Oro-Medonte Citizen of the Year be Bernice
and Miles Hickling, as voted by the Advisory Group.
