BY-LAW NUMBER 86-12
BEING a By-Law to appoint a Tile Drainage Insp,>€ctotT
WHEREAS Section 4 of the Tile Drainage Act, Chapter 500, R.S.O.
1980 authorizes Council to appoint a Tile Drainage Inspector

AND WHEREAS Section 4 of the Tile Drainage Act, Chapter 500, R.S.O.
1980 authorizes Council to set a fee for the cost of the inspection
NOW THEREFORE, Council of the Township of Medonte enacts as follows:

1) That Michael Vandergeest be and is hereby appointed as Tile Drainage
Inspector for the Township of Medonte
2) That the fee for tile drainage inspection shall be $100.00 per
inspection plus the current Township mileage rate
3) That this By-Law shall take effect on May 1, 1986.
4) That any and all By-Laws which are inconsistant with this By-Law
be and are hereby repealed.
READ a first and second time, read a third time and passed this 12th
day of June, 1986.
