THE CORPORA nON OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE
BY-LAW NUMBER 87- 11
BEING a By-Law to designate a portion of Medonte Township a
Suburban District under the Bee's Act.

WHEREAS Section 19 (4) of the Bee's Act, R.S.O. 1980 authorizes
Council to pass By-Laws designating certain areas that adjoin
a suburban district, to be a Suburban District.

AND WHEREAS Council have received complaints from variOUS
resideats in Lot 58, Concession 2 regarding bees on their property.
NOW THEREFORE, Council of the Township of Medonte enacts
as follows:
1) That the East Half of Lots 58, 59 and 60 of Concession 1
which adjoin to the Police Village of Hillsdale be and are
hereby designated as a Suburban District.
2) That this By-Law shall not take effect until after it has
been approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
