BY-LAW NUMBER 87-30
being a by-law relating to an offer of settlement to
Mr. Elmer Robertson

WHEREAS by By-Law 87-20 the Municipality did dismiss Mr.
Elmer Robertson from his position as Road Superintendent for just
cause;
t
AND WHEREAS Mr. Robertson has been an employee of the
Municipality for some 33 years, and notwithstanding the basis of
the dismissal Council feels some compensation should be offered
to him;
BE IT ENACTED as a By-Law of this Corporation as follows:
1. That the municipality make an offer of Settelement to Mr. Elmer
Robertson of the sum of $15,000.00 in return for a Release of
all claims and demands against the Municipality.
2. That By-Law 87-21 be and hereby IS repealed.

this 22nd day of December, 1987.
