THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 91-69
Being a By-Law to Appoint an Acting Clerk
WHEREAS, section 77 (3) of the Municipal Act, provides that Council
may by By-Law appoint an Acting Clerk;
AND WHEREAS, Council deems it advisable to do so;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the corporation of the Township of
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT Robert W. Small be appointed as Acting Clerk.
2. THAT this By-Law take effect on September 16, 1991.
3. THAT By-Law No. 1417/85 be repealed, effective September 16,
1991.
