THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 93- 11
Being a By-law to amend by-law 90-32, a By-law for site
control in the Township of oro, County of simcoe.
WHEREAS Council deems it appropriate to amend the Site Plan Control
by-law as it relates to specific properties in the Township;
AND WHEREAS the Township of Oro Official Plan designates areas for
site plan control;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for the Corporation of the Township of
Oro hereby enacts as follows:
1. Item Number 2 to By-law 90-32 is hereby amended by
"Section 40 of the Planning Act, 1983" to "section 41 of
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990".
2. section 2.02 Industrial Properties of By-law 90-32 is
amended by adding an additional clause after "zoning by-law"
which states "and further all sites on Schedule "A" attached
hereto."
3. By-law 90-32 is further amended by adding an additonal clause
after clause 2.02 Industrial properties which states "2.03
Schedule A attached hereto forms part of this by-law."
4. Item Number 5 to bylaw 90-32 is hereby amended by changing
"Section 40 of the Planning Act" to "section 41 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990".
This By-Law shall come into force and effect pursuant to the
Planning Act R.S.O. 1990.
