1. Call to Order:
Mayor Greenlaw assumed the Chair at the above noted time and called the meeting to order.
2. Adoption of Agenda:
a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda.

Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of Wednesday, September 6, 2023 be
received and adopted.

4. Minutes of Council and Committees:
a) Minutes of Council meeting held on Wednesday August 2, 2023.

Be it resolved that the draft minutes of the Council meeting held on Wednesday, August 2,
2023 be received and adopted as printed and circulated.

b) Recommendations of the Development Services Committee meeting held on
Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

5. By -Laws:
a) 2023-075: Being a By -Law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement Between the
Township of Oro-Medonte and John Reid to Allow for a Temporary Trailer.

Be it resolved that

and sealed by the Mayor.
