1. Call to Order - Moment of Reflection:
Mayor H.S. Hughes assumed the Chair at the above noted time and called the meeting to
order.
2. Adoption of Agenda:
a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda.

Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of Wednesday, September 7, 2022 be
received and adopted.

be received and adopted as printed and circulated.

b) Recommendations of the Development Services Committee meeting held on

Meeting held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

Be it resolved that By -Law No. 2022-082: Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the
