A By-law to Appoint a Clerk
Whereas Section 228 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended,
provides that a municipality shall appoint a Clerk;
Now Therefore the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte
hereby enacts as follows:
That Karen Way be appointed Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-
Medonte.
2. That such duties and responsibilities associated with this appointment be
carried out as provided for within the respective job description.
3. And that this by-law shall take come into force and take effect on March 5,
2018.
By -Law Read a First, Second and Third time, and Passed this 281' day of
February, 2018.
