1. Call to Order- Moment of Reflection:
Mayor H.S. Hughes assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order.
2. Adoption of Agenda:
a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda.

3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest:
Councillor Jermey declared a pecuniary interest on Item 4b) Recommendations of the
Development Services Committee meeting held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 re:
Item 8b) Report DS2016-102, Andy Karaiskakis, Senior Planner re: Zoning By-law
Amendment Application - 2016-ZBA-06 (Lalande) - Part of the East Half of Lot 22,
Concession 11 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte and Item 5a) By- Law No. 2016-167: A
By-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 97-95, as amended, which apply to lands at Part of
the East Half of Lot 22, Concession 11 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte, 2016-ZBA-06
(Lalande) as he harvests the hay crop on the subject property. Councillor Jermey left
the table and did not participate in the discussion or vote on these items.
4. Minutes of Council and Committees:
a) Minutes of Council meeting held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.

recommendation for Item 8b) Report No. DS2016-102, Andy Karaiskakis, Senior
Planner re: Zoning By-law Amendment Application - 2016-ZBA-06 (Lalande) - Part of
the East Half of Lot 22, Concession 11 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte to be voted on
separately.

Be it resolved:
1. That Report DS2016-102, Andy Karaiskakis, Senior Planner re: Zoning By-law
Amendment Application - 2016-ZBA-06 (Lalande) - Part of the East Half of Lot 22,
Concession 11 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte be received and adopted;
2. That Zoning By-law Amendment Application 2016-ZBA-06, that would rezone a
portion of the subject lands from the Agricultural/Rural Exception 15 (A/RU*15) Zone
to the Agricultural/Rural (A/RU) Zone on Schedule A6 to Zoning By-law No. 97-95,
be approved;
3. That the Deputy Clerk bring forward the appropriate Zoning By-law Amendment for
Council's consideration;
4. And that the applicant be advised of the decision under the Director, Development
Services' signature.

Part 1, and Pt Lots 15 and 16, Pt Blk H, Township of Oro-Medonte, County of
Simcoe, by placing a Holding (H) Provision on the lands (Mark Porter/Lover's
Harbour Inc.).
