THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORQ-MEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 94-136
A By-law for Removal of a Holding Symbol located on Part of Lots
8,9, and 10, Concession 14, Township of Oro-Medonte (former
Township of Oro), County of Simcoe.
WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of
land and the character, location and use of buildings and
structures within the Township of Oro1
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-
Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as
amended 1
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of
the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte to exercise such powers.
NOW THEREFORE. THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "F", Map 3 to By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro as
amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands
shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Extractive
Industrial Exception Hold (M2-6(H)) Zone to the Extractive
Industrial Exception (M2-6) Zone.
2. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law.
3. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to
the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act,
R,S.O., 1990 c. P. 13.
