II on Reference Plan 1IR -9678,
AND WHEREAS the said portion of road allowance has not been ass seat d
by the Tesmship.
An WHEREAS a sixty -six I66'j foot highway was established by By -law
Mo. 27 of The COTTOM104 of the Tewdship of Ord on October B, ioS5,
antl a road was laid out and opened through part of Lot 9, Concession 1D,
In place of the origlful unopened road allowance.
AND WHEREAS no consensatlun was paid for the site of the highway
thmugh Lot 9, Concession 1%
AND wir REAS the original road allneares Is In the opinion of Cowoll -

ART WER EAS pursuant to Section 462(1) of The 'MUnl Cipal Act. R.5.0.
1970, c. 284 as amended, the Cow oil of the Corporation of the Township.

MN THEREFORE the Council of the Cnrpumtlon of the Township of Om
hereby enacts as follows
1. That those portions of original Township mad allnean Ce between
Concessions 10 and 11, sham as Part 3 an Reference Plan
SIR -9476, attached hereto as Schedule 'A -1' and Part I on
Reference Plan 51R -9618, attached hereto as Schedule 'A -2 ", are
hereby deemed not to be recolred for pubifc use.
2. That Schedules -A -1• and 'A -2" attached hereto Porn part of this

3. That the conveyance of Part 3 On Reference Plan SIR -9476 and
Part 1 on Reference Plan 5114-9618 to Nelson Ray Robertson, the
owner of that part of Lot 9, Concession 10, abutting the
aforesaid portion of Original mad allowance Is hereby authorized
Pursuant to Section 45Z(I) of The Municipal Act. R.S.O. 1970.
c. 284 as amended.
