followed by a moment of reflection.

Be it resolved that Report No. PWS2001-11 by Jerry Ball, Public Works
Superintendent re: Nettleton request regarding Brambel Road Parkland,
Township of Oro-Medonte be received and adopted, and Mr. Nettleton be
authorized to clean up the municipal property known as PI. Street Plan 819, Oro,
between Lots 9 and 10, Plan 819, Oro-Medonte, off Brambel Road, and further
that Mr. Nettleton be so advised and the waiver forms signed.

b) Report No. PD2001-29 (Revised), Andria Leigh, Township Planner reo Proposed
Rezoning, Northern Overhead Doors, Concession 14, West Part of Lot 9
(Medonte), Development Application P-97/99, Township of Oro -Medonte.

of Simcoe be advised that the Township of Oro-Medonte does support the
redline revision to the proposed Manzone Subdivision (43T-94004), Range 2,
Part of Lot 2 (Oro).

amended, and that Council authorizes the hiring of two school crcssing
guards for Shanty Bay Public School for the periods before and after
school only, one to cross Ridge Road at O'Brien Street and one to crcss
Ridge Road onto school property, and that the Clerk be authorized to
enter into a School Crcssing Guard Pledge Agreement with the County of
Simcoe, and further that the appropriate safety equipment be purchased
for the crcssing guards, and further that the Treasury Department and the
Principal of Shanty Bay School be notified accordingly.
